Founders
IDI Tutoring Academy LLC was founded by three professionals who between them cover the classroom, the industry and the career-guidance side of what we do.
Iosvanny J. Alfonso Veloso
M.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences
I am a Mathematics educator with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and expertise in leveraging technology in education. In 2020, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Havana, followed by a Master's Degree in Mathematical Sciences (Numerical Mathematics) in 2025. My teaching experience spans Mathematical Analysis, Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equations, Probability, Complex Analysis, Topology, Differential Geometry, and Functional Analysis. I have worked as a researcher in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Havana and as a Mathematics Teacher at Youth Co-Op Charter School / Preparatory High School. I am also co-founder of IDI Tutoring Academy LLC, established to provide personalized educational support that empowers every student to reach their full academic and personal potential. I am proficient in Python and MATLAB programming, with hands-on experience using Wolfram Mathematica and GeoGebra. I am deeply committed to helping students achieve their academic goals while fostering their critical thinking skills.

I am currently a Software Engineer working at Microsoft Corporation and I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Computer Engineering from University of Florida. I thrive to see progress in the student's ability to analyze and solve complex problems. I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and improve their analytical skills. I have been tutoring since I was in High School and I was a teaching assistant for Programming and Math classes throughout my college career. I am co-founder of IDI Tutoring Academy LLC, where we craft tailored educational solutions to guide every student toward their fullest potential, both academically and personally.

My professional background is centered on navigating the WIOA program eligibility processes and providing personalized career counseling to help individuals achieve their employment goals. I have served as a Program Specialist and worked as a Career Advisor at Youth Co-Op, Inc., where I coordinated training programs and offered strategic job search assistance. I am a co-founder of IDI Tutoring Academy LLC, where we focus on providing personalized educational support so that every student reaches their full potential, both academically and personally. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data management, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I am deeply committed to empowering clients to reach their professional objectives and fostering the tools necessary for their long-term career success.
